  • Order Cancellation
  • Cancellations are only applicable if your order has not yet been shipped out. If you need to cancel an order, email us at Shiocube@gmail.com. You will receive a full refund for the cancelled item(s) and shipping cost. 


  • Damages and Issues
  • Please note that merchandise such as acrylic charms, acrylic pins and acrylic standees all have a clear protective peel on each side that protects it from scratches. Before inspection make sure the protective peel has been taken off. If items are damaged you can email us at Shiocube@gmail.com with attached photos of your order so we can evaluate the issue. 


  • Lost Packages
  • In case of a lost package please contact Shiocube@gmail.com and we can evaluate it for partial refund or replacement.


    Please note that once shipments are delivered to the courier it is out of our control. Due to COVID-19 shipping time might take longer than intended to arrive.
